Adam is based in Surrey just off the M25 and A3 in Byfleet village and can do home visits or take you to a number of gyms including NHS gyms and the Guildford Lido Workshop Gym where he trains his more competitive athletes.  So whether you are a client with little experience and are nervous about gyms and find exercise both mentally and physically hard or an elite athlete, Adam can cater for your needs and work in an environment that you are most comfortable with.

Although Adam is known for his unique training methods and diet ideas for elite athletes, he has also done some great work with people with certain mental conditions - his most intuitive work has been with Mike Dancer who went from not being able to go to a gym because of the number of seizures he had due to epilepsy to competing at a national level in bodybuilding.

Prices vary depending on situation, circumstance and the particular guidance needed but Adam will be as flexible as possible, as he is passionate about helping people in this field.
