Adam’s unique training and nutritional guidance is based on the happiness and comfortability of the client. He believes that when someone feels happy or gains pleasure this will always lead to the best results - so pleasure is the number one goal. Adam believes that if the client is not happy doing something in particular, then they should not do it. The desired physical outcome should only be an indirect result of this.
Adam’s seemingly unconventional approach and hands-off guidance appears to lead to rapid results - not only in terms of physical health but also in understanding the connection of self. Hence the client is left with an idea of what is best for them as an individual, in order to obtain physical and mental health. Adam believes that exercise isn’t necessarily something that should be prescribed rather something that should appear attractive and desirable to do. He uses individual psychoanalysis and intuitive awareness in order to find a way to make training and nutrition desirable for each person he works with. Whether it’s elite athletes or sedentary adults that don’t like to train and who eat fast food, Adam finds a way to improve on a particular goal using the individual’s desires and psychology as a guide.
Adam is a nutritionist and personal trainer who will learn as much from you, as you will from him. He will put you first when it comes to designing your nutrition/training plan he would like to involve you as much as possible with the process.
