Adam Read is a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who specialises in multi-dimensional, creative training and diet ideas. He uses a philosophy of personal and individual psychology to connect the client to understanding their desires & instincts and connecting this with their desired outcome & motive.
Adam guides the client to improving their intuition and understanding of self. Whether working with bodybuilders & elite athletes or sedentary members of the public with mental/physical health issues who see nutrition & exercise as things that they find hard or even don’t want to do - but have been recommended to or been told to do.
Adam works with and identifies the individual’s desires and uses those to guide the possibilities of diet and exercise and believes in creating an environment of synergy between the desire to do and doing.
